Got a second hand Discovery from there. They pushed to get extra warranty. When I went for servicing they said nothing is covered in warranty and have to pay for everything since manufacture warranty expired. Worst service ever. Twice reserved a loaner only to get there and they had none - service staff very apathetic.

Typical bucket shop sales operation. Stopped in, saw the car I wanted, told them I was ready to buy today and they are unable to give me a price. Dan Wiley and Taylor Hackney have been "working on a price" for over 3+ hours and have refused to respond to my follow up calls, VM's or texts. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership from a long distance (St. Louis). the overall experience was seamless and I was more than satisfied. My sales consultant, Roberto Ledesma, was on top of the entire process from my visit to inspect and drive the car to arranging transport of the car to my house to titling and registration in Missouri. I picked up my new 2021 Jaguar F Pace about 2 weeks ago and I am OBSESSED. Joe Catanese, Robert Gryglewski and Marco Onelli made the sales experience seamless. My boyfriend and I were considering 2 or 3 other vehicles in this class and once we drove the redesigned 2021 model, R-Dynamic, we were sold; we decided we didn't even need to drive anything else. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and their showroom is gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Jaguar or Land Rover, or a used car!

THE WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had to go in for my Axel which should be covered by warranty and they said that since there was a clamp [which has nothing to do with the Axel] that wasn't Range Rover they couldn't fix the car. I recently bought a Range Rover HSE from Chris. I found the car and Milford on the Internet and was hesitant to change from my current sales and service team closer to home. Land Rover of Milford (soon to be LR of Fairfield, I understand), had the particular car I was looking for and I ended up driving past 2 other LR dealerships on my way to Milford. I'm glad I did! My sales associate, Chris Durkin, was a pleasure -- no pressure, straight forward, returned calls and emails swiftly. A no-drama, can-do guy. Though this dealership is probably a little far for me to go for service, I have only good things to say about Chris.

I had a wonderful experience at Land Rover Milford. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Durkin. His attention to customer service and his no pressure approach was a BIG plus. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. The vibe at the dealership was one of TEAMWORK which I really liked. The ENTIRE staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership.

They lie to you they do not perform work requested, they try to charge you for work not performed. stay Away!!! I received a call after asking me how my service experience was and I was told I would receive a call from the service manager, lies... I still waiting for a call after 4 weeks now. Beware, they are not good business or customer service.

SCAM! Milford Land Rover Service Department is a Scam. They charge alot of money for doing nothing. I brought my land rover in for service and after waiting for 4 hours they did not fix anything I asked for and charged me for it. Then, they told me I would have to bring the vehicle back again. Land Rover Milford has got to be one of the best service-oriented car dealerships I’ve ever had to deal with. Going to get my car service here is very pleasant. The staff is professional and willing answer all of my questions. I never have had an issue getting a loaner car.

I was in the market for a new SUV, and I decided to visit Land Rover Milford because it's close to my house. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I entered the dealership, I was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone was very helpful and was more than happy to answer all my questions. Not once did I feel pressured into buying something I wasn't sure about. The entire process was quicker and easier than I'd imagined it would be, and my new Range Rover is a great fit for me and my family.

Overall a good sales experience. The people working there are very good with customers, and they seem to know a lot about cars. The cars are clean, and you can test drive any car that you want to. It's right on Route 1. Everyone was very accommodating and polite, and very easy to work with. Certainly if you want a Land Rover and you live in Fairfield County, you should go there.
